Greater Akron Chamber Presents Economic Outlook 2016

Greater Akron—The Greater Akron Chamber invites you to Economic Outlook 2016 on Friday, November 6, 2015. Representing Westfield Bank, Jon Park and Rich Nash, will provide insight and commentary on key U.S. economic trends including employment, industrial, housing and construction activity, interest rates and expansion versus recessionary indicators.

Jon Park, Westfield Bank Chairman and CEO, joined Westfield in 2000 and has lead the creation and growth of Westfield Bank from scratch to $1.1 billion in assets in 15 years.  Westfield Bank is quickly becoming one of Northeast Ohio’s larger community banks serving the needs of business owners.  Westfield Bank is an affiliate of Westfield Insurance which has been headquartered in Westfield Center, Ohio, since 1848 and is rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company.

Rich Nash, Investment Portfolio Manager, joined Westfield in 2012 and has over 20 years of investment experience as a research analyst, portfolio manager, economist and chief market strategist.  Rich previously served as the Chief Economist and Market Strategist for Victory Capital Management.  In that capacity, Rich was a regular guest on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and his market, economic, and stock selections were featured in national media sources such as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Investor’s Business Daily, Business Week, Fortune, and Forbes.

This event will be held at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, 3180 W.
