Green—City Council has approved legislation to bring an international tire maker’s research and development center with 45 full-time jobs to Green.

The council also extended the contract with Kimble Recycling and Disposal for another five years while expanding the recycling segment at no increase in cost to residents.

The economic development grant agreement with Kenda Tires USA will allow the company, which operates a sales office in the Columbus suburb of Reynoldsburg, to locate its first North American research and development facility in Green. For more information, click here.
