Participants depend on their peers to:

Groups function autonomously determining meeting times, location, and format with a group leader and facilitator in each group. The success of each group depends on:

"I like to define my responsibility within our organization as 'keeping the wagon train heading west.' Through interaction with peers, I have both validated many of our core beliefs and gained insight into the pitfalls of an ever changing business climate. My group has been a great source of knowledge and provided tangible benefits that help to shape the direction of our company."

"Executive Dialogue has been a very useful and rewarding experience for me. As a co-owner of a mid-size business, I have found the time spent with fellow business leaders extremely valuable. Our group has respect for each other. There is a diversity of experience and knowledge among our members. We have met on a monthly basis to discuss current issues, book reviews, and selected topics pertinent to our group. After three years in the same group, many of us have formed a strong bond of trust. I recommend that anyone needing a breath of fresh 'business air' should join and discover other perspectives and ideas on business"
