March for Babies is the March of Dimes biggest fundraiser and America’s favorite walking event. The money raised supports the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies.  We fund important research and community programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies have a healthy start.

The March for Babies is a 3-mile walk or 1-mile family fun route that starts at Lock 3 park, ending back at Lock 3 for food and entertainment.  We’ve made some exciting new changes to our walk this year and can’t wait for our walkers to experience the new elements.  Our walk will now be three themed miles. The themes are: Hope, Remember & Celebrate. We’re also implementing a Superhero Sprint for all of our NICU grads!  Some old favorites will remain such as the Fun Zone and Taste of March for Babies. This year's walk will be an experience you won't soon forget!
