Ease your mind with Succession Planning for Business Owners
The Greater Akron Chamber’s Business Owners Council is a new resource at the Chamber focused on bringing together company owners, principals, and key decision makers to learn from each other, share experiences and support mutual growth and success.

Join us on January 30 for an open dialogue on Succession Planning. When it comes to creating a Succession Plan for a business, there are a great deal of variables and questions to consider, depending on your role as either the current business owner or the potential new business owner. Led by Jack Mencini and Adam Sonnhalter, co-owners and business partners with Maximum Value Partners, LLC (“MVP”), this session will address the major questions each role needs to consider to successfully transition your business. In addition, Jack and Adam will share real-life stories and provide insight on avoiding common pitfalls in implementing a succession plan.
