This four-part series is designed to enhance a manager’s ability to dynamically lead individuals and teams to peak performance. This course teaches how to navigate that shift in the relationship and instills the confidence to manage effectively, efficiently and with confidence. Utilizing both the Clifton Strengths and Myers Briggs assessments, this course will focus on building teams based on their strengths and leading with confidence. 

Over the four-week course, the following four workshop units will be delivered:

Oct 6 - Session I: Leading with your strengths
Oct 20 - Session II: Employee Engagement: Know What It Takes
Nov 3 - Session III: Coaching Works
Nov 17 - Session IV: Giving Honest and Clear Feedback

She is a trainer for supervisors and managers and executive coach for The Ohio State University- ATI- Department of Business Training and Educational Services.  Cindy is also a Turning Learning into Action Associate for Lever- Transfer of Learning, an international company based in Australia working with large international companies such as Walmart, Oracle, Cisco, Tate and Lyle, and Endo Pharmaceutical.   

Cindy started working full time at her own business, C. Biggs and Associates seven years ago after making a commitment to be an entrepreneur and focus on her top leadership strengths.  She was a CEO for Planned Parenthood of North Central Ohio for 20 years and the Vice President of Organizational Development for 5 years after architecting a 5 way merger in NE Ohio to create a large, regional non-profit- Planned Parenthood of NE Ohio based in Akron.    In 2012, she completed the Coaches Training Institute professional co-active coaching program and completed her certification recognized by the International Coaching Federation. She works with companies and individuals on her own to conduct SEE BIGG leadership retreats, leadership and supervisory trainings, strengths-based leadership and emotional intelligence assessments and team trainings, management and human resources consulting, and coaching and mentoring. Cindy manages the professional mentoring program and facilitates a managing and leveraging training series for the Women’s Network of NE Ohio.   Cindy is a career and executive coach for Linked In’s profinder program.   

Cindy grew up in Hartville and Akron, Ohio and graduated from the University of Akron with a BA, magna cum laude.   She took master’s level coursework in Education at the University of Akron and MBA coursework at Ashland University.   

She lives in Wooster, Ohio with her husband, Jeff, cat Colt, and spends lots of time at their 100-acre farm/log home in Howard, Ohio.
