Crisis Command: Lessons in Leadership
03/11/2021
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Online - Virtual Event
A program of the GAC Leadership Dialogue Series
The onset of COVID-19 in early 2020 required immediate response and agility from leaders in many industries, especially in the area of health care, as they worked to address the new and evolving administrative, logistical, and health-related challenges caused by the pandemic. As illustrated in the case of the pandemic, a crisis often calls for changes in processes, decision-making and communication protocols, and puts a new test to leaders as they manage through unprecedented circumstances. Like many crises, a critical element of growth is the intentional post-crisis reflection on the strengths and weaknesses of systems that are exposed during the process. From here, leaders and companies can evolve to not only position themselves for growth moving forward but also to weather the next crisis.
Please join us virtually on March 11th at 8:00 am as we hear from local health care leaders as they share their experience leading amid crisis, the lessons they learned in the process, and the application these lessons have for those in business.
