Entertainment Announced for Wild Lights at the Akron Zoo Event Dates

Wild Lights at the Akron Zoo continues Dec. 1-3, 8-10, 15-17, 21-23 and 26-30 from 5 – 9 p.m. Thousands and thousands of holiday lights, displays and synchronized lights are located throughout the zoo. Treats and beverages can be purchased at three different locations: Mrs. C’s Sweet Shop, Komodo Kingdom and Grasslands Café. Children can visit with Santa Claus, and starting this weekend on Dec., 1 there will be a variety of live entertainment. 
 
Tickets can be purchased at the zoo box office or online at akronzoo.org. Akron Zoo members can purchase adult presale tickets 24 hours or more in advance for $9 and children tickets for $6. Day-of tickets for members are $12 for adults and $9 for children. Non-Akron Zoo members can purchase adult presale tickets 24 hours or more in advance for $12 and $8 for children. Day-of ticket prices for non-members are $15 for adults and $11 for children. Children under two are free, but they must have a ticket to enter the zoo. Non-Akron Zoo members will be charged $3 per vehicle for parking.
